Tender description

The existing installation consists of one 8 person, 630kg hydraulic passenger lift servingthree floors with a single entrance having a power operated, side opening car and landingdoor arrangement.The proposed works comprise the modernisation of the lift engineering installationincluding improvements the replacement of the lift control panel and control systemcables together with trailing flexes, landing call stations and car operating panel.The project also includes any necessary attendant trades’ works and minor works toimprove lift safety generally.
