Provision of a Managed Mobile Data Terminal Solution

Tender description

This advert follows a recent Request for Information (RFI) conducted to identify potential solutions for GoJ's requirements for a managed service provider who will design, install and manage a Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) solution for the Jersey Fire and Rescue Service. Following this process, our requirements have been finalised and are now available on the https://www.channelislandtenders.com/ portal. It is envisaged that GoJ will procure a single MDT system, from a single supplier, that will integrate to the shared Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platform, delivering the common and distinct requirements of the individual Fire & Rescue service, and will be supported via a fully managed service provider. The solution provided will ideally be a customised off the shelf product configured to deliver the specific requirements of the services and will be accessed via a range of end-user operated hardware devices.
