Tender description

The Contractor will carry out improvement works to update the existing building fabric in line with the designated Fire Strategy Drawings. Existing Doors identified as being deficient will be replaced with new to the required fire rating. Existing doors requiring repairs will have ironmongery replaced. Partition walls identified as being deficient will be replaced with new to the required fire rating. Internal Glazed Screens identified as being deficient will be replaced with new to the required fire rating. Electrical works will include the installation / replacement of emergency light fitting and fire detection fittings. A number of distribution boards also require replacement.
