Tender description
Lot 1: The establishment of a framework for the procurement of minor building works, comprising of small building installations, refurbishments, repairs, maintenance and improvements on university premises. The framework agreement has been tendered on behalf of Durham University, Newcastle University, Northumbria University, Teesside University And University of Sunderland. This is also available to INTO Newcastle University LLP (a JV between Newcastle University and INTO University Partnership Ltd)
