Modification Notice Original description: This Framework is a single Lot, for schemes with an estimated value of between £0-£1,000,000. Description of the modifications The nature of the modification is the continuation of the original framework services to the extent that they are required by clients during the extend period of three months. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: The justification for this modification is to allow comprehensive completion of a complex procurement exercise which will allow replacement framework availability. These circumstances are of an unforeseen nature due to the complexity of the replacement framework.
