Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to complete the maintenance works at Wellington Primary School, Herefordshire. The works comprise window, fire door, roof lights replacements and also localised roof upgrades.\r The project need was identified following a cyclical condition survey across the school estate which outlined that the current timber windows are in a state of disrepair and that some fire doors are non-compliant.
