Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of the Red Kite Learning Trust, wishes to establish a framework of suppliers capable of delivering facilities management schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework will cover, soft, hard and total facilities management requirements. The term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from September 2024 with no option to extend. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. Planned Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Reactive Maintenance for Buildings and Estates Roofing Internal structure Finishes/decoration Internal fittings/fixtures Glass and glazing Mechanical services Electrical services (including PAT Testing as required) Water and drainage systems Security and safety equipment Fixtures, fencing, fittings and signage Commissioning and testing Specialist installations (e.g. hoists, lifts, aerials, lightning equipment/protection, period bells) Fixed furniture and equipment Specialist educational equipment (fume cupboards, lathes etc.) Catering equipment Lettings ICT passive infrastructure.
