Tender description

The Council requires comprehensive Clerk of Works services for the Main Contract works, due to commence in July 2024 and with a contract duration of 52 weeks. The contract works include, but are not limited to: • External concrete repair works • Cleaning and repainting of the façade • Full window replacement • Installation of an external balustrade and roof terrace • Formation of structural openings to create a double height void • Full internal fit out of the workspace, shared facilities and café bar • Extensive landscaping • Car park improvements including the installation of EV charging points • Installation of a new lift within the existing shaft • Provision of full fibre to the building Keywords: Civic Centre, Clerk of Works
