The Minor Works Framework is a structured approach for managing and delivering construction projects that fall below a cost threshold of £200,000 (excluding VAT). It is designed to streamline the process and ensure efficient project execution. The framework focuses on delivering minor construction works across the Cumberland Council’s diverse property portfolio. The contract period will be for an initial 2-year period, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The works have been divided into two work packages - General Building works and Mechanical & Electrical works.
