AT1263 Freemans Green - Brickwork and Scaffolding

Tender description

The package of work consists of the supply and installation of labour and sundry materials to complete Brickwork, Blockwork and Scaffolding. The project is located in Sherd Close, Marsh Farm, Luton, Bedfordshire LU3 3LY. The contractor will be required to:\r 1) Install Brickwork and Blockwork as Schedule of Works.\r 2) Supply Scaffolding, Install, Maintain, Adjust & Dismantle.\r 3) 2 scaffolders in attendance on site to the Brick and Blockwork elements of the works. \r 4) Install on site including organising and managing any lifting.\r 5) Leave site clear and clean for other works to follow.\r 6) Provide all supervision and preliminaries as required.
