Tender description
Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd (NRS) is undertaking market engagement for the next generation of Workplace Services (FM) procurement.<br/>Organisations are invited to submit responses via NRS’s ATAMIS system to the “Lines of Enquiry” set out in Appendix A. of the attached PIN Information and Questionnaire.<br/><br/>Tenderers must register their interest, obtain further information for this notice and submit their response via the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and NRS's E Procurement system, Atamis. This can be found at the following address:<br/>https://one-nda.force.com/s/Welcome<br/>Initial registration of your company is achieved by using the above site and then clicking on "Register Here". Workplace Services 2027 - Prior Information Notice can be<br/>found within reference C17250. Lot 1: Provide of Workplace Services to all Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) sites, delivering hard and soft FM services. Services will be delivered to ensure adequate levels of housekeeping and maintenance in industrial and commercial environments, providing asset care support in the form of multi-disciplined services, which must be delivered without reducing NRS operational capability and whilst retaining regulatory compliance. <br/><br/>Deliverables will be performed within conventional offices and plant areas and will also be required within our radiation controlled areas. <br/><br/>All Services must be delivered in a safe and compliant manner. <br/><br/>Suppliers will be required to provide a responsive and flexible Service, whilst maintaining a cost effective delivery. <br/><br/>Suppliers should note that Dounreay Site will be an optional participant to this proposed procurement. <br/><br/>In 2027 there is the potential that the Vulcan site, adjacent to the Dounreay site, will become part of the NRS decommissioning portfolio. If this happens, it will be optional for the Vulcan site to participate in the proposed contract.<br/><br/>Suppliers are advised that EDF AGR stations are planned to transfer to NRS control for decommissioning those sites include the following and their indicative transfer dates:<br/><br/>Aug 26 - Hunterston B <br/>Feb 27 - Hinkley Point B <br/>Feb 28 - Dungeness B <br/>Early 29 - Heysham 1 <br/>Mid 30 – Hartlepool<br/><br/>At this time it is not proposed that this procurement will include the delivery of workplace Services to the AGR sites.
