Tender description
Stead Street site currently has a former Youth Centre building which will require demolition. This will make way for a younger age range play area. All groundworks need to be completed in terms of levelling the site ready for the play equipment, car park and cafe installation. Lot 1: Expressions of interest to be submitted for the following works: Demolition of existing former Youth Centre, Ground works - levelling, installation of drainage and services for play equipment, car park and cafe building. Construction of cafe building including toilets and seating area. Purchase and installation of play equipment. Construction of car park area.
