Tender description

This project is for the development of accommodation to provide additional primary school places in Penrith as a consequence of Section 106 developer contributions. These contributions will enable the delivery of new school places in order to mitigate the impacts of developments. The Contractor shall undertake construction of the expansion and alterations at Beaconside Primary School to the agreed RIBA 4 design and shall complete the works to RIBA Stage 7.\r Suppliers wishing to express an interest and obtain access to the tender documents should go to www.the-chest.org.uk and click on current opportunities from the navigation area on the left of the screen.
