Tender description

SHP provides a comprehensive tenancy management service for the tenants and assumes the role of responsible person under Regulation 3 of the Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) Regulations as amended by the Fire Safety Act. This applies to the non-domestic parts of the properties, (i.e. communal areas and plant areas), however SHP also assumes the responsibilities of the ‘client’ under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM2015).
