Development of 21 affordable homes including (18 x 3 Bed houses, and 3 x 4 bed houses) including the installation of Photovoltaics, MVHR and ASHP units and refuse and cycle storage amenities. Development of 6-bed Respite Centre including amenities for users and staff: Office area, Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounges, specialist sensory room, bathing, and shower rooms, plant room and associated MEP installations and commercial garden. New Incoming Services including electrical sub-station for the site. New infrastructure including drainage and roads with associated parking across the site. Hard and Soft Landscaping works across the site.
