Tender description

The proposed works consist of the fit-out of the 7th Floor of the Distillers Building in Smithfield Square (approx. 950sq.m) for the NCCA (The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment). The space is currently in a shell and core state and the works will consist of raised access floor, partitions, internal doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, canteen and tea stations, full mechanical and electrical installation and connection to existing. The project will be procured on a Design and Build basis.
