Bids are to be invited for the provision of a service to provide combined food law (food hygiene and food standards) inspections to approximately 334 childminders, 105 home caterers. Please note that these numbers are indicative and may vary, due to food premises opening and closing during the period of the contract.\r \r The Council also requires 199 broadly compliant combined food law inspections of risk category D premises. Please note that this number is indicative and may vary, due to food premises opening and closing during the period of the contract.\r \r The Council also requires and health and safety (H&S) hazard spotting inspections/checks in any of the premises in where the local authority has the responsibility for H&S enforcement.
