Tender description

Fusion21 has developed a DPS to complement their existing YIF Framework, for the provision of Construction Services to conduct a range of improvement, refurbishment and alterations of existing buildings. The DPS will be primarily used where projects, due to their size, nature and/or location require a more dynamic solution. This DPS is designed and intended to provide flexibility for applicants to engage with local and regional SME supply chains to deliver projects, and to provide capacity for lower value projects. It is intended to complement the existing YIF framework and provide a compliant procurement route that can supplement and increase capacity within supply networks. Lot 1: Scope of works for this DPS included repair, improvement, decoration and minor remodelling to existing buildings and structures to bring them up to modern standards and ensure they are fit for purpose. Additional information: This Contract Notice summarises two contract award against Lot 2 for the following Fusion21 Members and Suppliers: 1. Southmead Development Trust and Bray and Slaughter. 2. Eloquent Praise & Empowerment Dance Company CIC and 2G Design and Build. This Contract Award Notice is also being used to inform the Commission of the termination (as of 27/09/2024) of this DPS in line with Regulation 34 (28) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and under Regulation 50.
