Supply, installation, support, and maintenance of AV equipment

Kent Fire & Rescue Service (the Authority), wish to introduce a new contract covering supply, installation, support, and maintenance of AV equipment (projectors, screens, cameras, conference devices etc). We are inviting suppliers on the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6225 or RM6116 (Lot 4b) to participate in preliminary market engagement for the purposes of developing the Authority's requirements and identifying suppliers that may be able to supply the goods and services required. Utilising this contract, we will: Replace the AV equipment in selected meeting rooms throughout the KFRS estate The supplier’s expertise will be used to design a per-room solution that is consistent in functionality across all rooms, but specific to the size and other characteristics of each individual room Purchase equipment that is optimised for the organisations preferred conferencing system (MS Teams) and link up with that project to ensure technology, training and support are harmonised and/or integrated. Open Day - Monday 29th April 2024 Framework Suppliers are invited to attend a site visit to look at the various rooms in the service headquarters in Maidstone. 30 minute slots will be booked on a first come first served basis on Monday 29th April. Express Interest by 19th April 2024 If you are registered on framework RM6225 or RM6116 Lot 4b, and would be interested in participating in these site visits, please register interest via the Kent Business Portal by Friday 19th April 17:00. We will verify that you are registered on the Framework and if so, accept your EOI, whereby you will be able to select a booking slot and will receive further information.
