NEAR - Compound Fencing

Tender description

We are pleased to advertise the Compound Fencing Package for the NEAR (National Emergency Areas Retrofit) Schemes on behalf of the SMP Alliance. Location: M25 J6 South Compound General Scope of Works: The subcontractor will be required to complete boundary chain link fence repairs and the installation of post and rail fencing to demarcate sections of the proposed J6 Godstone M25 South Compound Quantity: There are 8 areas which require repair. - 5 locations (1, 2, 3, 4, 6) have holes within the chain link which required repair. - 1 location (5) the supports are failing and require replacing and new chainlink applied. - 2 locations (7, 8) the chainlink have not been installed very well, it requires pulling back into the existing posts, tightening and making safe. Anticipated Start Date: January 2024 Works to be completed on weekdays under traffic management provided by the main contractor. Anticipated Duration: One Month Please note - In order to work with Balfour Beatty - all subcontractors will be required to hold Constructionline Gold accreditation and be willing to maintain this for the duration of these works.
