Tender description

The works involve the following to four units:  Kitchen repairs/replacement,  Plumbing & Heating repairs and upgrade,  Electrical Repairs and upgrade,  Windows and doors repairs and replacement  Fabric improvement and upgrade works.  External clean up and repairs including grass cutting and painting  External ground works at some units including fencing, footpaths upgrade etc  Roof works  Internal cleaning and painting  All other works associated with vacant house repairs
