• Removal of the front porch structure, and form ramp • Replacement of the three front windows,• The garage , wc and part kitchen area is to be refurbished to form bedroom, ensuite ans utility room, Remove and dispose of all floor carpeting and vinyl Disconnect and remove the oil fired stove from the kitchen. Remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room, make good at ceiling and wall. Remove the dining room window and replace with French doors, opening out. Supply and fit new kitchen as per layout plan. Refurb 2 no bathrooms, provide new ensuite from 2 no wardrobes, supply and fit 17no new doors, fit 4 no new veklux windows, fit stove to sitting room, demolish boiler house, dispose of garden sheds provide larger tarmac area for parking
