Removal of modular unit and contruction of new unit.

Tender description

Down Syndrome Ireland (Kildare Branch) requires a cabin/modular build approximately 12mts X 4mts with a wheelchair accessible toilet x 2, a small kitchenette with sink, draining board and cupboards in the main classroom. We require a large classroom/multipurpose room with some storage. The new cabin will require electrical works and plumbing. At present the cabin on-site is old and beyond repair and requires removal from site with a crane.
