Provision of Transformation Capability Development Training & Support

Tender description

This procurement is looking to acquire an initial set of capabilities that have been prioritised as we commence the transformation programme. The procurement has been divided into Lots, each focussed on a connected set of capabilities aligned with a particular outcome. Providers may choose to respond to one or more lot. The Lots are: ● Lot 1: Innovation, Service Design, and Strategy Development ● Lot 2: Strategy Deployment, Operations Management, and Continuous Improvement ● Lot 3: Workshop design and facilitation For each Lot, we require a partner who will work with us to ● build our strategy for developing capability, using the 70:20:10 model, within UCD teams and individuals, in order to achieve the University’s strategic objectives. ● Provide us with standard methodologies and work with us to customise for use in the UCD context as appropriate. ● design and deliver the capability development interventions required to deliver on the target capabilities identified. ● work with us to identify and deliver on new requirements as needs arise.
