Procurement Assist Limited invites interest from organisations wishing to participate in a 48 month national Framework Agreement for the above works. The Framework Agreement will be accessible by all current and future Clients of Procurement Assist Limited. The Framework Agreement may be used by all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education establishments and Charities, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. We welcome organisations that have national solutions, local solutions and can provide internal and external decorating works at this stage. Lot 1: Procurement Assist Limited is seeking suitable Service Providers to deliver Internal and External Decorations Works in commercial and residential settings. The exact scope of works is to be determined by each Client that uses the Framework Agreement (either current, or future). The scope of the work will include, and allow for, pre-paint and preparation work. It is envisaged that the Framework Agreement will be awarded on a ranked basis, with Clients being able to Direct Award Call Off Contracts to the highest ranked Service Provider (or the highest Ranked Service Provider in order should the Service Provider decline a contract opportunity). Clients may wish to enter into a Further Competition, as part of their Contract Call Off Process.
