<p>Herefordshire Council are seeking to commission a contract for Construction of New Sports Hall, Stand-Alone Two Class Teaching Block and Internal Alterations at the Brookfield School, Hereford.</p> <p>The purpose of this Market Engagement Exercise is to initiate market engagement and is not being used as a call for competition.
