Tender description

This tender seeks to secure a contractor to deliver the construction of a new 2-3 storey multi-use office block, with AECB CarbonLite Self-Certification, on the former Liskeard Cattle Market site. The works will include construction of the new building with all associated infrastructure, carparking, and landscaping / external works. There will be an element of demolition required prior to commencing the new build. The building will include a sprinkler system for property protection, a fire evacuation lift, and PV's on the roof. ASHP's will be installed also. The appointment will also cover all design services required from the start of RIBA Stage 4 through to the end of Defects RIBA Stage 7 This is for the stage 1 of a 2 stage tender for design services from RIBA stage 4
