Tender description

The Institute is looking to issue tender invitations for a turnkey design and build a set of BMS and multiple gas detection controls for various buildings across the Industrial Decarbonisation and Circular Economy corridor of process buildings situated in the north of the site. These buildings contain process plant including hydrogen gas, so safety and compliance with all required measures are to be undertaken in all aspects of design, supply and installation. Each building will require simple and standards measures along with building specific gas requirements. All equipment installed must be 100% compatible with the existing Delta Controls system which already exists and must also allow full multi-building Fire Alarm interlocking and integration with existing BMS arrangements already in place.
