Tender description

The Contract involves the supplementation of the Facilities Management Unit (FMU) maintenance team with competent and qualified tradespersons and labourers as and when required over the duration of the contract. The successful Contractors must make suitable resources available to the Facilities Management Unit within the timeframes specified in the Task Orders. The framework will operate on a cascade basis. Average annual expenditure is estimated as €100,000 ex VAT. This amount is indicative only and Kerry County Council does not commit to a nominal spend of any amount under this contract.
