Construction of a new building to accommodate the College's School of Art and Design, including graphics studios, photography studios and a dark room, workshop areas, shared classrooms, a design and technology studio, a textiles studio with a hot works area, a screen print room, a foundation art studio, a fine art studio, a ceramics/sculpture room with kiln, and IT suite, staff rooms, spaces for technical staff, storage areas, plant areas, and WCs.
