The University of Derby is relocating one it's internal team to the First Floor Office Space of 67 Bridge Street, Derby. This property is owned by the University Derby. The works entail the creation of a meeting room and single person office within the open plan area, to meet the need of it's internal client. The University wishes to receive quotation from the contractor to provide a complete solution, included but limited to: Installation of internal partitions, modifications to the ceiling grid to accommodate alteration, alterations to electrical circuits, including lighting, modifications to heating as necessary.
