Tender description

Generally the works comprise development of an existing storage and distribution building including internal fit out to provide new office and welfare facilities, also with development of external yard to provide inner compound, defined parking and improvements to surface water drainage. Historic Environment Scotland is seeking tenders from those who may be interested to carry out the internal refurbishment of an existing industrial unit to upgrade facilities together with associated external works. Tenders will be evaluated on a Price and Quality basis as detailed in the tender documents.
