Linc is seeking a suitable skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the completion contract for the construction of forty-eight (48) domestic units and two (2) commercial units at The Cascade (48-54 City Road) and Vere Street, Cardiff, South Wales. Lot 1: The Contracting Authority, as defined in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended, for this contract opportunity is Tarbed Limited (‘Tarbed’). Accordingly, the Tendering Organisation successful in the procurement process will enter into a contract with Tarbed. Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited (‘Linc’) is conducting the procurement process on behalf of Tarbed. Tarbed is a 100% owned subsidiary of Linc. Tarbed is a limited company registered under the Companies Act 2006 and undertakes development activity solely on behalf of Linc. Linc is seeking a suitable skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the completion contract for the construction of forty-eight (48) domestic units and two (2) commercial units at The Cascade (48-54 City Road) and Vere Street, Cardiff. The contract involves the completion of piling works, design and construction of 48 Nr residential units and 2 Nr commercial units together with landscaping, external works and drainage to provide a fully completed development..
