CASTLEWELLAN FOREST PARK – HERITAGE LANDSCAPE AND HISTORIC DEMESNE RESTORATION PROJECT

Tender description

Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for the following project: “Re-Rooting our past in our future” Castlewellan Forest Park. Responses will be scored and ranked and the top six Economic Operators (subject to a draw occurring) will be selected for invitation to tender. The works will be for the construction and restoration of the internationally significant historical natural and architectural built environment. The works will be for a period of 40 weeks and will not commence before July 2023. The estimated cost of the project is £3.5 – £4.0 million excluding VAT.
