The works consist of refurbishment works to the existing school comprising minor demolitions and alterations, joinery, suspended ceilings and flooring installations, alterations and refurbishment works to existing M+E installations to existing 8no. classrooms and en-suites, WC facilities and Central Activities room at ground and 1st floor levels together with painting and decorating works throughout the existing school at ground, 1st floor and 2nd floor. External works comprise fencing works and external soft play area works. Together with all associated and ancillary works.
