Tender description

DIO have a requirement to build 7 houses at the AKI site in advance of the SFA workstream A, a future planned procurement (circa 140 houses) and SFA workstream C (circa 800 houses) current running procurement for both design and build. It is proposed to instruct this change, to increase the volume of houses by 7, through the current contract DIOCB1/253.
