Denbighshire County Council are looking to ascertain the level of interest in the market for the project detailed below. Lot 1: Denbighshire County Council are looking to ascertain the level of interest in the market for the project detailed below. Denbighshire County Council Community Support Services are seeking a registered social landlord to work in partnership with the Council to develop a housing with care scheme in Corwen. This will be primarily for older people with care needs but with the option to provide accommodation and care/support for some younger adults with additional needs. Our strategic goal is to create a hub providing a variety of health and social care services to older people in the area. These care services will be developed/commissioned separately. Denbighshire County Council have potential sites within its ownership for the scheme. Nothing is fixed at this point, and the Council welcome full and direct involvement from a Registered Social Landlord in all aspects of the proposed scheme. The Council anticipate creating approximately a 30 bed facility.
