For the continual development of LBMs workforce in order to become more aware of EDI workplace issues, solutions, and approaches toward creating a more inclusive workplace culture. Alongside training, LBM is seeking to engage with vendors that provide a wide range of EDI programmes and development opportunities. Lot 1: The London Borough of Merton aims to deliver a suite of Essential Skills EDI training which is available to all employees to further develop their skills and knowledge (see Appendix 1).
