The development consists of the design and construction of 121 no. apartment and duplex units and a creche arranged in 5 buildings varying in height from 3 storeys to 6 storeys, and associated site works and services including car and bike parking, landscaping and an acoustic fence to the North boundary. The site area is 1.35Ha with falls of 2.2m approximately across the site and is bound on the North by the M50, to the West by a public park and to the South and East by existing apartment and housing schemes.
