Tender description

Pathfinder Project - works including installation of external insulation render system, removal and partial reinstatement of existing ceilings tiles, installation of new ceiling tiles and bulkheads, replacement of all external windows and doors and associated air tightness details. New roof & parapet works. Replacement of existing AHUs and installation of heat recovery units and associated ductwork. Replacement of existing electrical system and installation of new wiring, lighting, boards etc.
