Site Improvement Works / Shed Floor Repairs

Bord na Móna Recycling intends to carry out Site Improvement Works / Shed Floor Repairs at its Navan site and are now inviting tenders from suitably qualified contractors. The Contractors General Scope of Works is as follows; a) General • Preliminaries, General Obligations, Health & Safety, PSCS, Covid-19 Workplace Measures, Traffic Management Plan, Separate Welfare Facilities etc. b) Demolition Works • Review client site services information, scan for existing services. • Demolish and remove existing reinforced concrete floor slab in Sheds 1 & 2. c) New Concrete Floors and Reinforced Concrete Retaining Wall with Associated Site Works • Prepare existing ground and cast new reinforced concrete floor slab. • Construct short section of new reinforced concrete retaining wall in open pit under overhead picking station. d) Safety File • Provide as built drawings in AutoCAD, as-constructed information, data sheets, concrete cube tests, certification etc. Any other activities necessary for the successful delivery of the Project
