Tender description
a) Hot and Cold Water Services The works consist of replacing the existing Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating, Cold Water Down Service, Hot & Cold Water Services with new copper pipework soldered and fully insulated throughout using Kingspan ODP Foil Backed insulation as per the tender drawings. To be boxed-in at high & low level and decorated with valves labelled behind metallic access panels. b) Bedrooms Emergency Lighting and & Extract Ventilation Emergency lighting to be installed to all bedrooms. Extract Ventilation will be installed to all wet rooms. c) Internal Fitout Complete refurbishment and refit of all wet rooms / bathrooms including new floor finishes, ceilings, redecoration of walls, sanitary ware as well as making good all areas affected by the pipework replacement works.
