Landscaping works at Stratford-upon-Avon College

Landscaping works starting 16 May 2023 for completion by 28 November 2023. Works to follow on from the demolition of 4 buildings on site and will include the rectification of building footings ahead of the main landscaping. Purpose of the works is to create a central courtyard and will include requirements for servicing works, soft and hard landscaping and general improvement works. Lot 1: Landscaping works at Stratford-Upon Avon starting 16 May 2023 for completion by 28 November 2023. Works to complete a major redevelopment project and the successful contractor will be working on a live educational site while demolition is underway. It is imperative that all noisy works need to be complete before students return in late August however tree planting/turf etc. will be best done over the autumn due to weather. Early notification is provided to encourage supplier engagement. Indicative timelines are as follows - please ensure your availability if interested Tender release 20.03.23 Site visits 28.03.23 and 30.03.23 by prior appointment only College closed for Easter 31.03.23 - 17.04.23 Deadline for submissions 10am 17.04.23 Interviews (time tbc allow 3 hours onsite) 9-4pm 27.04.23 Award w/c 01.05.23 Start onsite 16.05.23 Completion date 28.11.23 Additional information: This tender falls below the works threshold for public contracts.
