Tender description

The fund will be available to developers and commercial industrial businesses. For example this could be office space, service industries, manufacturing or logistics. It will assist with projects which are not viable without some extra investment. It can be used for delivery of new commercial floor space and or repurposing or bringing back into use existing commercial floor space It will also be used across other employment sites and locations within the towns fund area. This includes Goldthorpe, Thurnscoe and Bolton on Dearne.
