FHFT - Non-Verbal (BSL) Translation & Interpreting Service

Tender description

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust required the provision of a high quality, cost effective and efficient Translation, Interpretation and Transcription Service (which covers sites in Frimley, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, Fleet, Farnham, and Aldershot) to meet the diverse communication needs of our patients, carers, families and the communities we serve. The Service will deliver face to face non-verbal (British Sign Language), and transcription. The Service will enable the Trust to continue to ensure effective communication with patients and carers, improve patient outcomes, sustain a standard of care which provides equal treatment based upon need.
