York Station Gateway Package 3 & Portico Enhancement An overview of the project and initial design drawings and information are available on the EOI project area of the Proactis portal via reference REQ1000182. Reference should also be made to the information available on the CoYC planning portal which describes the whole scheme. https://www.york.gov.uk/StationGateway Lot 1: The Invitation to Tender documents are scheduled to be released at the back end of 2023 under an NEC4 contract. The intention is for the Contract Award Notice to be issued in Spring 2024 leading to completion of the project throughout 2024 and early 2025.
