Aberdeenshire Council are seeking information regarding designing a new framework agreement for the transportation of teachers and school pupils for school trips across the Aberdeenshire Council area. A questionnaire is attached to this notice where we are asking a set of questions to help develop our tender documents. Suppliers are asked to complete this questionnaire and send it back to cpsscontracts@aberdeencity.gov.uk by 24th February. Lot 1: Lot 1 – Aboyne CSN Aberdeenshire Council are considering the creation of a multi supplier framework agreement for providing transport for school pupils and their teachers to destinations inside and out with the area of Aberdeenshire. While very much still in the research phase, the Council are considering developing a 17 geographic lot framework agreement consisting of approximately 3 ranked suppliers in each lot. Call offs to provide transport for school trips will be made as and when required. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Alford CSN Aberdeenshire Council are considering the creation of a multi supplier framework agreement for providing transport for school pupils and their teachers to destinations inside and out with the area of Aberdeenshire. While very much still in the research phase, the Council are considering developing a 17 geographic lot framework agreement consisting of approximately 3 ranked suppliers in each lot.
