Tender description

The technical scope of work requires the: • Upgrade of the Central Control Unit and Microphone System • Upgrade of Projectors • Upgrade of a 55” foldback monitor (viewing station for top table) • Upgrade of the Camera System • Upgrade of the signal path for video and audio • Integration with existing hardware • Provision of hybrid meeting capability Lot 1: Further details are set out in the procurement documents. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Monday, 22nd January 2024 as referred to in IV.2.2.
