Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) would like to award the contract for the External Refurbishment of a Long Term Empty Property in Porthcawl The following is a brief overview of the requirements: The works involve the following • The replacement of windows and doors, • Replacement of rainwater goods, • The repairing or replacement of fascia’s and soffits, • Re-pointing brickwork, • Cutting back vegetation. • The exact scope and description of the work will be defined within the Appendix 2 – Schedule of Works. • See Appendix 1 – Part 5 Pre-Construction Information Document. • See Measurement Valuation Document. • See Preliminaries Document (JCT Minor Works - 2016).
