CBC Tenant Satisfaction Surveys - AWARD

Tender description

Crawley Borough ("the Council") invites quotes for a supplier to produce and facilitate the circulation of tenant satisfaction surveys amongst the Crawley Borough as set out in the RFQ pack. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Tuesday 02 January 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of one year until Wednesday 01 January 2025 The Council is procuring this Contract following a Quote process under the Council's Procurement Code / Financial and Budget Procedure Rules and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to Contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Contractor will be expected to deliver improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the Contract.
